Godwin Emefiele, the suspended Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, has been arrested by the Department of State Services, DSS.
President Bola Tinubu had previously suspended Emefiele on Friday.
In addition, Tinubu named Mr Folashodun Adebisi Shonubi as acting Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria in place of Emefiele.
