“MY PEOPLE WE DON DEY BUY MONEY FOR FRANCE; MONEY NO DEY AGAIN. YOU SEE QUEUE; NO MONEY AGAIN. NIGEIA CON GOOD PASS FRANCE,” SHE SAID IN PART.
